With the month of the current pride, Google adds a small but practical feature in maps and research to help transgender, non-compliant and non-gender individuals. Local ads can now include a statement of whether a company has neutral sex toilets. You will see that the information listed in the Equipment section of the About tab. As before, it is also possible to determine whether a company identifies itself as a transgender security space.
This is not the only new feature that society adds to cards. In another add-time addition (after all, it’s World Bike Day on June 3), it expands the availability of bicycle information. At the end of 2021, the company indicates that the functionality will work in more than 100 additional cities in 25 countries, including Amsterdam, Barcelona, Portland, Miami and Boston. You can use this feature to find bicycle sharing stations, as well as see how many bicycles are available to everyone.
Anyway, it’s a significant expansion. When Google first added information about the cards bike shares, it was available in 24 cities in 16 countries. The addition comes then that more and more people are turning to the company for cycling of directions and information. According to Google, people need to use cards to make bike trips that are an average of 10% more than those they have taken in 2020.
