The HP Elite Dragonfly G2 is a laptop that we look forward to testing, like its predecessor, the HP Elite Dragonfly, made us explode when we looked at it last year.

The good news is that it’s another superb HP laptop, and although it is mainly designed for professional use, it’s quite elegant to use a wide range of users. In fact, there are very few things on this laptop that is explicitly “business”, so do not think that because a laptop company, it has a clear design.
The HP Elite Dragonly G2 is a 2-in-time device, which means that it can be used as a laptop or tablet mode, and its high-resolution touch screen (up to 4K) is beautiful and works brilliantly, providing the kind of versatility that MacBooks do not do it.
It works extremely Windows 10, and thanks to many RAMs, fast SSD storage and Intel’s new generation 11th generation processors, there is enough power for most daily tasks to be handled. However, there is no dedicated GPU, which should be as little surprising given the size and light this laptop, but it means that those looking for a device that can handle graphic-heavy work may want to look elsewhere. .
The life of the battery is also excellent, with the durable G2 dragonfly a whole day of work in most scenarios, although we have noticed that video calls were particularly taxed on the battery. What can be a problem for many people, however, is the price. Starting from $ 1,819 / £ 1,69 (Australian price has not been confirmed yet), HP Elite Dragonfly G2 is one of the most expensive laptops you can buy right now and that this label of Prize will put a lot of people, no matter what is the quality of the G2 dragonfly in other respects.

As with the previous HP Elite Dragonfly, these prices put the G2 in the ultra-premium support, where it rubs its shoulders with the tastes of Dell XPS 13 and MacBook Pro 13 inches.
