Short introduction
Uwe Seeler is a former professional soccer player, while he is active, he is considered one of the best strikers in the world.
Among other things, he was the top scorer in the Bundesliga while playing for Hamburger SV, as the captain of the German national team, he runner-up in 1966 and ended third in 1970 the World Cup appointed the honor captain of the national team. In 2003 he also made his Hamburg honorary citizen.

Early life

Career

He has been married to his wife Ilka since 1959, has three daughters and seven grandchildren.
Because of its loyalty to Hamburger SV and its legendary status, it is referred to as “Unt Uwe”, which comes from low Germany and means “our uwe”.
In the 1963/64 season, he secured the title of the top scorer in the Bundesliga with 30 goals.
