AMD finally brings its Technology Ardn 2 to laptops. During his Computex Keynote today, the company announced the Radeon RX 6000M mobile GPU mobile. They will bring most of the upgrades we found in RX 6000 Office GPUs to laptops: better energy efficiency, faster performance and ray tracing media. The new range will be led by the Radeon RX 6800M, which aims for a 1,440p high-framer set (120fps). Just as on the side of the office, it will directly target NVIDIA RTX 3080.
Unsurprisingly, AMD also launches RX 6700M and 6600M models, which will focus on the 1,440P Games of 100fps and 1080p Performances, respectively. AMD says the new GPUs offer a faster 50% speed, as well as 43% lower power use, compared to its preceding RNA GPUs. These cards – The Radeon 5000M Lineup – did not have a huge splash in games, but was not remarkable to begin in the end of 2019 of Apple. (This was one of the main reasons why the 16-inch MacBook Pro was such a central.)
Under the hood, the RX 6800M has 40 computational units and ray accelerators, as well as 12 GB of RAM GDDR6. It shares a 2.3 GHz game clock speed with the 6700m, but this card has 36 computing units and 10 GB of RAM. The 6600M level entry, the sport 28 computers and 8 GB of RAM. The memory interfaces are also at the 192-bit scale on the high-end card at 128 bits on the low end. Only specifications, the new AMD hardware seems to be a major leap. Normally, I would take this with a large grain of salt, but I also tested an ASUS Rog Strix G15 of 6800 m, and I can confirm it, and I can confirm it surpasses the 3080 in the extreme reference of 3dmark. (We will have a complete criticism of this upcoming machine soon.) Just like his brothers and bureau sisters, however, the 6800 m is located behind the Nvidia material in the Royal Raytracing Benchmark port. But good, at least ray tracing is an option this time.
If you ever consider playing during a battery, AMD indicates that the 6800 m is about 40% faster than the 3080 playing the Evil Village resident. Obviously, the games disconnected are something that most players are trying to avoid every time possible, but it’s good to know that AMD is at least thinking about it. It is not inconceivable that you would like you would like to play a bit on a long ride, or a flight, without a power plug nearby.
Now that the AMD has the touch of Ryzen 5000 fast mobile processors and powerful new GPUs, it also tries to attract consumers (and PC manufacturers) with its new AMD Advantage frame. Similar to Intel’s Evo brand image, it’s a way for buyers to know that they get a solid game experience. Specifically, the AMD AdvantagePortportont systems of the latest Ryzen and Radeon GPU processors, fast refreshing screens of 144Hz, Premium Freesync screens for games without tear and SPEDY NVME drives. Really, these are the types of things you were looking for in any modern game PC, but the AMD badge simply makes it easier for the minimum you can expect from a new system.
These AMD-equipped systems must also be slightly faster than laptops with Ryzen CPUS and NVIDIA GPU, thanks to SmartShift and Smart Access Company technology. These features can intelligently balance the power between processors and AMD GPUs and also provide direct access to CPUs to RAM Gobs in Radeon GPU. The company states that they can lead to an increase of 11% speed in Borderlands 3 and an improvement of 10% of the young Wolfenstein blood.
