Pixel 6 Google Whitechapel Processor Leak Sounds Encourage

The last two years may have been disappointing for fans and believers of Google’s pixel phones. The pixel 4 came with high-end specifications, but the features of the SOLAR SOLI project based were not valid the costs and compromises that were to be made instead of the place. The pixel of last year 5, on the other hand, was anything but premium and it almost seemed that Google went down this path. Fortunately, it might not be the case because the “Whitechapel” Google Silicon sounds very highly premium depending on new leaks, which means that the pixel 6 will be as good.

The launch of the Apple M1 Silicon last year has reigned the speculation that Google would also come out of its own processor. Of course, Google has a lot of personalized silicon for its internal use, but this GS101 Whitechapel would be the first to be marketed if it happened. And judging by recent leaks, it will mainly be ready to learn both on the sides of the CPU and the GPU of the Part.

On the one hand, the last rumor indicates that Google is not intended to compete with the Snapdragon 888 and its processor will rather match the performance of the Snapdragon 870 but using a process of more recent 5 nm. As always, Google exploits the learning of the machine to take advantage of the shooting machine as much as possible, especially with regard to AI applications.

For the graphic side of things, Google can use a GPU Mali G78, the same as Samsung uses on its Galaxy S21, although slightly lower execution cores. It’s not really surprising since Samsung is the rumor of being the manufacture of this Google silicon chip. Although he does not have all the hearts that the GPU theoretically supports, it is still a major upgrade on the Pixel 5 Adreno 620 GPU that has come with the mid-range Snapdragon 765G.

Google will also use a more contemporary display this time, giving the Pixel 6 and 6 XL 120Hz screens. Finally, this puts Google’s flagship signals at the same level as other premium Android phones after what was probably a disappointing 2020 for the pixel family.
